You can enter Wittenstein by going to the east side of Broceliande Forest. Wittensten was revamped, with a further revamp expected, at the Halloween Event 2024, which included the two castles and two Bosses, one found in norther castle, and the other being a roaming boss, that can spawn on any available tile on the map.
