Teleport Totem is an object bought from MOS Market or Player Market and placed on your island from the Island Build menu - Objects list with Totem in your chest.

The Totem lets the island owner select a single island destination that he/she can teleport to. Similar to the Ship except you always go to the selected island. Change the destination as you like. Not usable by visitors to your island.
